What's the minimum booking duration?
Three hours for economy and business sedans. Four hours for luxury SUVs and Mercedes V-Class. Five hours for Maybach and Rolls Royce. Anything shorter is technically an airport or point-to-point transfer, which is priced as a fixed-rate trip instead of by the hour.
When does it make sense to upgrade to a daily package?
The moment your trip crosses five hours. On a Mercedes E-Class, eight hourly costs more than a full-day package. Past four days, weekly beats daily. Past 12 days, monthly beats weekly. We'll always tell you the cheapest bracket — it's in our interest to keep you booking long-term, not to squeeze a single day.
Do you charge extra after midnight or for early-morning pickups?
No surcharge between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Pickups between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM add 20% to the trip rate — this is standard across licensed Dubai operators and covers the driver's night shift differential. Airport runs are exempt and priced flat regardless of hour.
Are Salik tolls and parking really included?
Salik, always. Parking, yes for normal stops (malls, hotels, restaurants). Valet tipping and venue-specific premium parking at events like F1, DSF special venues, or private clubs are billed at cost with the receipt attached — never inflated, and you'll see it itemized.
How do cross-border trips to Oman work?
You handle your passport and Oman e-visa (we send the link). We handle the vehicle's GCC border insurance, the driver's permit, both countries' tolls, and the route. Border crossings typically add 30–60 minutes; we factor that into our quoted timing. The vehicle is cleared and pre-cleaned 48 hours before departure.
Can I keep the same driver for a multi-day booking?
Yes, and you should. Weekly and monthly packages default to a single dedicated chauffeur. By day two, they've learned your preferences — temperature, route, music, coffee stop. That continuity is the actual value of booking longer. Driver swaps happen only if you request one or if there's a scheduling conflict you're notified of in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
Not for trips under seven days. For weekly bookings, 30% confirms the reservation. For monthly bookings, 50%. Cross-border trips to Oman or beyond require 50% to cover insurance pre-clearance and border permits. All deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before service.
What about tipping?
Already in the quoted price. Tipping further is appreciated but never expected — AED 20–50 for a great day's service is normal in Dubai if you choose to. We never instruct drivers to ask, and we never bake "expected gratuity" into invoices the way some operators do.
Can I change my booking?
Free changes up to two hours before pickup for trips within Dubai. Six hours before for intercity. 48 hours before for cross-border. Last-minute changes are usually accommodated, but if the vehicle has already been dispatched, a partial dispatch fee applies. We'll always tell you the number before you confirm.
Are prices higher during peak season?
Yes — by 10–15% from mid-November through February, and during major events like Dubai Shopping Festival, the F1, Art Dubai, and New Year's Eve. We publish the seasonal calendar on request. Booking outside those windows, or booking weekly/monthly during them, locks in the off-peak rate.
