Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows on the day are charged at 100% of the booking value. For monthly packages, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to cancel or modify the schedule.
