Ghantoot the Real Halfway Point
Roughly fifty to sixty minutes in, Ghantoot sits right on the Dubai–Abu Dhabi border and is the genuine midpoint of the journey — not a tourist attraction, but a practical one. Fuel stations, cafes, and prayer rooms make it the natural place to break a long drive, especially for a family or a group that started the day early. Most drivers who know the route treat it as the mandatory pause before pushing on to Yas Island.
Yas Island the Highlight Worth the Detour
About ten minutes off the main highway, Yas Island is the single best-value stop on the route: Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, Yas Waterworld, the Yas Marina Circuit, and Yas Mall are all within walking distance of each other. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

Saadiyat Island and the City Finale
