Requirements vary by passport and are revised from time to time, so confirm your own position before booking. Send us your passport details 24 hours ahead and we will check for obvious problems. Which border crossing do you use?
Al Wajajah on the Omani side, connecting to Hatta on the UAE side. It is open 24 hours and is the fastest and most direct crossing for Muscat–Dubai traffic. For destinations in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi we may route via Hafeet–Mezyad instead. All three are compared here.
What is the AED 35 fee I have read about?
That is the UAE exit fee, charged per person when you leave the UAE. It therefore applies on the Dubai-to-Muscat leg, not on the journey into Dubai. It is payable at the immigration counter by card or cash and is not included in the transfer fare.
Can you collect me from Muscat International Airport?
Yes. We monitor your inbound flight in real time and adjust the collection accordingly, with meet and greet in the arrivals hall and a name board. There is no charge for waiting caused by a flight delay — the same airport transfer standard we apply at DXB and DWC.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, at no extra cost. Tell us the number of children and their ages at the time of booking so the correct seats are fitted before your driver sets off. Seat fitting varies by vehicle class.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes. Comfort stops, coffee, photographs at the Hajar mountain viewpoints or a look at Hatta Heritage Village are all fine. Tell your driver — the schedule is yours.
What cannot be carried across the border?
Alcohol in any form, electronic cigarettes and vapes, and narcotic or psychotropic substances are strictly prohibited at the UAE–Oman crossing. Check your luggage before departure to avoid delays at customs.

How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is comfortable for a standard weekday transfer. For Thursday evenings, Fridays, Eid, National Day and school holidays, book several days ahead — these are the busiest windows at the border and the busiest for the fleet. See departure timing and the booking form.
