How early should you book?
Send your enquiry as soon as the date is fixed. Public holidays, school breaks and large groups fill the fleet sooner, so ask early for those. Same-day requests may still be possible, depending on availability.
What if your plans change?
Message us with the new date, time, flight number or passenger count. We confirm whether the same vehicle still fits and update your written quote when the price changes.
What about cancelling?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are free of charge. For anything closer than that, the terms and conditions explain what applies.
